Online Consulting is available to the community as an avenue to get health information.
Online Consultation requires a browser which supports 128-bit encryption. We recommend you use a Micrsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above.
How does online consulting work?
Online consulting works as follows:
Online consulting is available to only eMedical members.
Once you are logged in to our site you must agree to the online consulting terms and conditions.
From there you will be directed into the question page where you are required to fill in your details and the question/s. You are required to enter a secure new pin/password here. This is designed to serve as a second layer of security to help protect your question and answer.
Next you will be required to complete your payment information. Currently we only accept credit card online for consulting. This is performed over a secure Internet connection ensuring your information is safe at all times. The cost of online consulting is $45.00 per question (includes GST).
Finally, the reply to your question will be available within 2 business days. This will be available on a secure web page which only you can access. You will be sent an email with the required details when it becomes available
